Here’s how it works:

Your temporary or seasonal employee must register on the b-sharpe website (there are no registration or subscription fees); registration is 100% online and takes less than 5 minutes.
Once the contract has been sent, b-sharpe will then provide him with a CHF IBAN, which he must give to his employer.
When paying salaries, the employer can transfer the salary to b-sharpe’s CHF account, quoting their surname, first name and customer ID as the reference.
Upon receipt of the salary in Swiss francs, b-sharpe will convert it into euros and transfer the euros to the employee’s euro account, in any country.
